The IPR often is a company’s most valuable asset.We analyze IT contracts and the respective intellectual property rights, e.g. on software, in the frame of an IT due diligence, in particular for Mergers & Aquisitions, outsourcing projects or for the preparation of some other kind of transfer of rights.

This analysis often leads to unanticipated IT investment and possible regulatory or software compliance issues. As a complement to the review of IT contracts, we also provide a comprehensive evaluation of threats, vulnerabilities, and impacts that are at stake for our Client.

The result of the due diligence usually is a detailed report, including the relevant results in templates as well as a profound evaluation and concrete proposals how to proceed.
